Sarah says...

"This is stemming from, I think, a greater problem when we're all sitting around asking 'Oh no, what are we gonna do,' and we're not having a lot of faith that the White House is gonna come out with a strong enough policy to sanction what it is that North Korea's gonna do."

I think we oughta recognize Ms. Palin for what she is-an opportunistic, money grubber who is gonna ride her fifteen minutes of fame for everything they are worth. This political pretender will be signing her book at my local Kroger store later this week and I am sure that hundreds of human lemmings will line up to get her autograph and bask in the artificial aura that she projects everywhere she goes. I believe that Palin is a sad commentary on the state of the Rebublican party. That they are in such dire need of credible leadership that this fool can actually attract a following is pathetic. At this rate we can look forward to a Sarah Palin-Snooki Polizzi Republican ticket in 2012.

Krogers? Jeez I would have thought she could do better than that.

everything said about this woman is absolutely true.

I do, however, think she's incredibly dangerous. Democrats think it would be a great thing for them if she got the Republican nomination. I don't want her any where near that close to any levers of power. Anything can happen and the damage she could would be unimaginable.

That said, does anybody think she'd be nearly as popular if she looked like Barbara Mikulski? I don't think so either.

Although the leadership of the GOP in DC is scared to death of her, she has a great shot at getting the nomination. If four or five people are on the Republican ballot in Iowa and NH, she wins them both.
Birdman is correct if she gets the nomination, she can be elected.
Reagan was considered the perfect candidate for Carter to defeat despite Carter's low popularity. Reagan was considered an unqualified actor who was an extremist. He ended up with over 50% of the vote with Carter getting 41% and John Anderson nearly 7%.
It could happen again.

Dennis,

Didn't you know she got into Krogers through a sponsor's exemption from Oscar Mayer Balogna?
Her next appearance is at the Pilot Truck Stop in South Lebanon, Ohio!

What is this woman ever saying? How can anyone say she is qualified for anything? I know she knows some words but she just doesn't know how to put them together so that the real people of the country can figure out where the rest of us went wrong and elected someone who is scared of the Republicans, the Tea Party and his own party, you betcha. See?

Can you shoot a moose in the wild, field dress it, and get it home on a dog sled? I think not! Most of us have difficulty getting Spam out of the can. Have you forgotten about the human gaffe machine Joe Biden? By the way, where is Joe Biden? Although the Democrats would love for her to run, I do not think Palin will run again for national office. The Republicans and Ms Palin are searching for the best way to take advantage of each other.

I could shoot the moose. My problem would be finding it. Any dope can open up a dead moose and tie it to the hood of your car. The question is "why would you want to do it?" Moose isn't even that tasty.

She won't run unless she thinks she can win the nomination pretty easily. This woman will run after money if you dangle a $100 bill in front of her on a stick but I don't think she wants to put forth a whole lot of effort if she thinks she might get damaged in the process. Which she would.

I'm hoping that all she wants is publicity and a money-making place in the media tableau, because I think KG is right - if he gets nominated she can win.
It's easy to make fun of her but the more we do that the stronger she becomes. Ridicule is not her kryptonite, but I don't know what is.

Exposure is her kryptonite.
